- There are no air-cond in the room at all Berastagi hotel, and Niagara Hotel Parapat (standard room)
- Free Of Charge (FOC) based on min. 19+1 Adult Twin/Triple sharing (for all package)
- The rate is NOT valid during Peak Season / Public Holiday period.
- Surcharge for Peak Season / Public Holiday is subject to advice when received the request

Cancellation Policy :
- Any cancellation must be made by email/phone/message etc. It must be received by our side lates 14 Days (in Low Season) and 1Months (in Peak Season) before guest/group arrival.
- All No Show and Reservation cancelled in arrival date, will be charged at full payment. If the reservation cancelled due to Natural Disaster or the like (not human error), it can be discussed with hotel, restaurant, etc.
